The Site is intended for parents or guardians of minor students, adult students, and individuals interested in private online music lessons, including piano, guitar, voice, ukulele, bass, music theory, songwriting, ear training, improvisation, composition, performance confidence, and homeschool enrichment.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a lesson request, book a lesson, register an account, or enter into any payment agreement.
If you are a parent or legal guardian using the Site on behalf of a minor, you agree that you are responsible for the minor student’s use of the Services and for any information you provide about them.

Online lessons may take place through video platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, FaceTime, or another approved platform.
Students and families are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, appropriate device, working camera and audio, and any materials needed for the lesson, such as an instrument, sheet music, method book, lyrics, accompaniment tracks, notes, worksheets, or assigned practice materials.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, device problems, software issues, platform downtime, or other technical issues outside of our control.
For minor students, a parent or guardian should be reasonably available during lessons and is responsible for ensuring the student participates in a safe and appropriate environment.
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site and in our online materials is owned by or licensed to Amplify Music Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This may include, but is not limited to:
You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use and print or save limited copies of materials for your own lessons or your child’s lessons.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publicly display, publish, or share our content without prior written permission. You may not share paid lesson materials publicly or with anyone not enrolled in the studio. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.
